Examples are, Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia.  Type in any one of these cities followed by the word Foreclosures and you will be taken to a system that we have built reflecting every single foreclosure and Bank Owned property in those particular cities.

What was the problem with the bank moving too fast when it came to foreclosing against homeowners.

Some of the scams that are going on with Vacant properties have to do with people moving in while the homes are vacant.  When they start getting mail at the “home that is not theirs”, it is eviction time.  The legal process that costs the banks extra money.  I ran into the same family with two instances of Cash for Keys.  Apparently they had caught onto how to get money from the banks without actually earning it
